This funding will allow us to proactively prepare for a range of emergency scenarios and ensure a safe, responsive learning environment.

IV. Program Description
The requested funds will fully cover hands-on, scenario-based training and assessments in the following areas:
Active Threat / Active Shooter Response Training
Practical drills and de-escalation strategies designed to prepare both staff and students for potential high-risk incidents.CPR & First Aid Certification
Professional certification for school staff and selected student leaders to respond to medical emergencies.School Safety Assessments

Interactive sessions on natural disasters, lockdowns, reunification, and effective crisis communication.
All training will be delivered by certified professionals in alignment with national best practices (OSHA, FEMA, Department of Education).
