That’s why we actively pursue grants and philanthropic support to offset program costs and ensure equitable access to our services. Through this effort, we’re able to offer many of our high-quality programs at discounted rates, and in some cases, completely free of charge.

If your school or organization serves a student population where 75% or more identify as low-income, we invite you to apply for our VitalPath Equity Access Sponsorship using the application below.

This opportunity is available year-round.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis in alignment with funding availability.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the VitalPath Equity Access Sponsorship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• School or Organization Type: Must be a public or private school, or a nonprofit/community-based organization serving students in Grades K–12.
  
  
  

• Low-Income Population: At least 75% of the total student population must identify as low-income.
  
  
  

• Location: Must be located within the Greater Cleveland, Akron, or Cincinnati metropolitan areas.
  
  
  

• Student Population Size: Must serve a total of 10 or more students.

Please Note: Important Disclaimers

We are proud to offer the VitalPath Equity Access Sponsorship, but please be aware of the following:

• Limited Funding & High Demand: Funds are limited, and we receive a high volume of applications. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, even if all eligibility requirements are met.

• Program Selection: Sponsorship recipients may not be able to choose specific programs. Programs are assigned based on available funding, staff capacity, and scheduling.

• Acceptance Process:
  If your organization is selected, you will be contacted using the information provided in your application. At that time, we will:

  • Present the proposed program(s)

  • Discuss potential implementation terms

  • Ask you to confirm your acceptance or decline the offer

• Declining the Offer:
  If you decline the offer, you will be asked to complete a short refusal form. The offer will then be extended to another eligible applicant, possibly within as little as one hour.

• Required Response Time:
  If accepted, you will have 72 hours from the time of receiving your acceptance materials to complete and return all required paperwork. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the sponsorship.
